As a Senior Research Associate at Stears, you will be responsible for producing the expert-grade inputs—sourced from calls, interviews, and your own sector knowledge—that make every AI-generated output in Stears' Deep Research interface trustworthy. In this full-time, remote role, you will take ownership of specific coverage areas, run structured expert interviews, convert findings into precise, tagged records, and meticulously review AI-generated reports to maintain rigorous evidence standards.

Applicants should possess at least 4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or research, alongside genuine domain depth in sectors relevant to African private capital and demonstrated primary research skills.
