Big Cabal Media wants a Senior Designer who’s ready to level up—someone who doesn’t just execute clean designs, but thinks like an art director and understands how visuals shape culture. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and design craft. You’ll help define how BCM shows up across the internet, at events, and inside its publications.

You’ll work closely with the Design Lead and collaborate with editorial, video, social, and product teams to build visuals that are not only beautiful but intentional. From campaign systems to event branding, layouts to motion briefs, you’ll be shaping how audiences see and experience the BCM universe.

What You’ll Do
You’ll translate ideas into strong visual concepts and extend them across full campaigns. You’ll create identity-led work for digital, print, and events. You’ll develop visual systems, guide younger designers, and push the quality of every asset that leaves the design team. You’ll think ahead—anticipating how a single key visual becomes a story across formats, screens, and platforms.
