Every candidate submitted in our managed search goes through rigorous portfolio verification, past client work review, technical audits, and time-zone/reliability checks.

When is the 10% placement fee charged?

Our managed hiring is 100% performance-based. There are zero upfront costs or retainer fees to initiate a talent search. You pay our 10% placement fee only when you successfully hire and onboard a candidate presented by Lagos Meet.

What is your 90-day replacement guarantee?

We stand firmly behind our candidate matches. If a candidate leaves or is deemed unsuitable within the first 90 days of employment, Lagos Meet will restart the candidate search and provide a replacement candidate free of additional charge.

Do you support remote, hybrid, and physical on-site roles?

Yes! We manage placements for both global tech companies/agencies hiring full remote Nigerian talent in USD and local Nigerian companies hiring on-site or hybrid creative talent in Lagos.

How quickly can we expect to receive candidate shortlists?

Once you submit a hiring brief, our search team immediately reviews our roster and active network. You will typically receive a curated shortlist of 3 to 5 vetted candidates within 3–5 business days.
